Payments:
We accept DISCOVER, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal(CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY), CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS(CASHIER) and MONEY ORDERS. No COD's. Please allow 7 business days for Money orders/cashier checks to clear, and 20 days for personal checks to clear. Due to heightened security, we can only ship to an alternate shipping address if it is listed on file with your credit card company. If you need to ship to an address different than what is listed with your credit card company, you will need to call your credit card company at the customer service number listed on the back of your card and request that the address be added as an alternate shipping address. Please note that this will also increases the amount of time required to process your order. Only have it sent to another address if it is absolutely necessary and if it is a business address provide the name of the business.

Returns:
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days and must be in original packaging. All parts must be in their original new condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged/scratched by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation error. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective part.

Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 20% Restocking Fee may apply. Special orders may be subject to Manufacturer Restock Fees. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Hoods may not be returned unless they are defective. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

ALL returns must be first filed using our online form found here:
http://www.lmpracing.com/returns.asp. We need your order number, name, email address, the part you wish to return, and whether or not you want a replacement along with a detailed explanation of why you are returning it. After we review the return request (aprox 1-3 days) you will be emailed with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to your return your product. Once we receive your return it may take up 30 days for your credit to show up on your statement.

Cancellations:
If an item has been charged or is part of a pre-order, special order, or group purchase you may be charged a cancellation fee of 2.5%.

Shipping:
Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and will still be charged for shipping. Prices do not include shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We ca not deliver to APO or PO Boxes due to shipper(UPS, FEDEX) restrictions. Although our buisness office is in Florida we ship from warehouses in CA, PA, MO, NJ, TN, and FL. We also have relationships in various other states for shipping as well. Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries are available upon request by phone and no later then 11 AM that day. Overnight shipping is not from the time that the order is placed rather it's the shipping method after the item is shipped.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Items:
Please call or e-mail us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMP Racing can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.

Warranties:
Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. A list of manufacturer warranty policies have been compiled here: http://www.lmpracing.com/warranty.asp.All of the products sold by LMP Racing, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. All long tube header systems are for off-road use only. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.

Installation:
We are not responsible for or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Purchaser assumes the risk associated with the installation of products. We, along with the manufacturer of each product are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the vehicle, personal, or costs incurred from the use of products.

Hood Installation Tips:
(1) PRE-FIT the hood before painting, it should only take about one to one & a half hours to adjust. (2) If a body shop says they're going to have to "fix" the hood before painting, STOP & Call. Digital pictures are worth a lot. (3) Lastly, the hood comes GEL coated so NO block sanding is required, if a shop BLOCK SANDS the hood, it will ruin it. (4) If a hood comes to you damaged by the trucking/frieght company call us and do not accept shipment.

Taxes:
General Information and Terms We are required to collect applicable sales tax of 6% for orders being shipped within FL.

Sales/Specials:
Sale prices can not be combined with other discounted packages and are only available during the sale period. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased.
